Suspecion is a feeling or thought that something is possible, likely, or true.
“she had a sneaking suspicion that he was laughing at her
To base one’s feelings and facts on the suspicion which exclaims that;
how one looked, responded and the expression of his appearance, can easily become the evidence of him or her being quilty of an act.
He suspected him to be a thief because of how he looked at his purse…
To suspect someone based on the feelings of intuitions, impending danger of distress and fear.
That is the reason why civilised societies which practiced the biblical moral principles of God do not base their suspicions on feelings and emotional intuitions,
because judgements based on suspicions can assassinate someone’s character, disqualify someone, empower mob justice, and even condemn to death a person without produced evidence.
On psychological level:
In a society where people are lynched, or divided and ruled, in such an environment, accusations without evidence are always inevitable (unavoidable),
and such conclusions expressed through lack of trust, fault finding, impending judgements expressed via fear, false accusations, distress becomes the easily reached conclusion.
<He was suspected of a doing a crime that he did not commit>…
Suspicion leading to spying agents:
And this negative form of suspicion has played the role of inspiring most of the military and security schemes of investigating cases.
A setting up of spying agents, secrete agents, well trained criminals (assassins, people with negative instincts of suspecting others and also daring to carry them out),
agents trained to spy on others, who derive there agenda (suspicion) from jealousy, racism, lack of trust in God, paranoia, mental distress, descrimination, narcissism, Antisemitism etc.
King Saul in the bible was distressed because of lack of trust in God, the more he was distressed the more he trained spies, a signed secrete agents to spy on David,
And he also gave one of his daughter to David as wife that will lead to his down fall.
When this type of negative suspicion becomes the building blocks of a security system of a nation,
then the Cains of a nation ends up using it to assassinate the Abels of that generation.
One is not quilty untill the evidence of two witness or more has been produced in court.
2 Corinthians 13:1:
This will be the third time I am coming to you. “By the mouth of two or three witnesses every word shall be established.”
Deuteronomy 17:6:
Whoever is deserving of death shall be put to death on the testimony of two or three witnesses; he shall not be put to death on the testimony of one witness.
Luke 6:37:
[ Do Not Judge ] “Judge not, and you shall not be judged. Condemn not, and you shall not be condemned. Forgive, and you will be forgiven.
Isaiah 11:3-4
And his delight shall be in the fear of the LORD: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears:
but with righteousness he shall he shall judge the poor, and decide with equity for the meek of the earth…
