The Source of the river Nile is the longest river in the world found in the South East of Uganda.
The River Nile originates from Uganda:
The river Nile has its source in a location called (Jinja), in the region of Busoga, which belongs to the Busoga Kingdom where the source of the River starts from.
Biblical quotation of the River Nile:
The River Nile is also mentioned in the bible, being the river which was among the four River heads that were located in the very center of the Garden in Eden known as Gihon (Genesis 2:10-14).
Gihon was the second River “encircling the entire land of Cush”,
the word Cush meaning black, being the son of Ham who settled in the land of Canaan, Ethopia and Egypt (Mizraim).
The word Gihon has become to be know as the “Blue Nile” in our present time, also being the River Nile..
Prayer warriors will arise from the Land of Cush – being Africa, who are settlers, dwelling close to the River Nile.
Zephaniah 3:8-10: – Prayer warriors:
“For then I will restore to the peoples a pure language (language of prayer),
That they all may call on the name of the Lord,
To serve Him with one accord.
10 From beyond the rivers of Ethiopia (Cush)
My worshipers, The daughter of My dispersed one’s, Shall bring My offering.
The measurements of the River Nile from the source to the mediterrean sea is six thousand four hundred kilometers with 4000 miles.
The waters of the river Nile pour into the mediterrean sea, and from the mediterrean sea they get mixed up with the Atlantic ocean,
because the mediterrean sea is also connected and linked to Atlantic ocean.
The source of the Nile was discovered by an explore called John Hanning Speke on 27th July 1862.
He was sent by an organization called Royal geographical society in England.
