Delusion is a false belief or false opinion that was conceived from deception, propaganda, gossip, evil images, evil words, and the behavior of participating in the act ofcommitting sexual immorality.

When a person is surrounded with the doctrines of anti-semitism, practice of witchcraft, pornographic entertainment, and a deliberate act of rejecting the truth and wise counsel, such a person will end up being in the mental state of delusion.
