A president is ruler put in an office of leadership, the one who presides over others via the office of an executive.
To sit in or hold a position of authority, as over a meeting.
To exercise authority and control over others during the period called “state of emergency“.
To be given centralized power for a period of time.
A dictator (a president) was always chosen to dictate authority over others during the period of state of emergency and interregnum, until the crisis of argument, conflict, opposition, or invasion has been solved.
The role of a president during colonialism:
The word “president” also means a commander in chief, the one chosen to administrate the affairs of an executive.
Colonial masters or or colonial governors often appointed commander-in-chief of the military forces in their colonies.
The purpose of a president:
Every commander in chief sett over a colonized region, was given power to stop changes, to see to it that the moral conduct of a culture are hindered from taking form,
to enforce immoral laws of perversion over a state, to rule with a hand of iron, to hinder the developments of the people’s moral human rights, and to act as a dictator over his colonized slaves.
To legislate and enforce the ideologies of the western culture over the colonized state.
After colonialism; the office of a president was established as a system of leadership (executive) designed to control and rule over every nation that acquired it’s independence from it’s colonial masters.
A veto; only gives power to stop changes, not to adopt them
Among other things, “President” today is a common title for the heads of state of most republics, whether popularly elected, chosen by the legislature or by a special electoral college.
