There are two types of motivating forces that motivate us as humans to be able to fulfill our tasks, goals, and responsibilities.
The first force is known as “motivational force 1″ and the second force is “motivational force 2”.
Motivational force 1:
The first type of motivating force is the desire of wanting to get rich, the pursuit of a career or increase in salary or wanting to get paid.
The human attributes of serving and caring about others in this type of force are always limited and disregarded.
What type of education or motivation that cultivates the motivational force 1?
The education system or the teaching system that motivates this type of force focuses on the art of cultivating the love money, and a materialistic way of living.
This type of force or energy represents a slave to money and material wealth, who will trample over others, use benign envy, steal, lie, compete, falsely accuse another, cheat, corrupt his ways, etc, to get at the pitch of his/her success.
Motivational force 2:
The other type of motivational force is the love of God and the love of the nation (community) from which a person derives his/her existence.
What type of education or motivation that cultivates the motivational force 2?
The education system which innovates and empowers this type of force focuses on relationship building, empowering families, encouraging positive role models and community development,
Which is done with the aim of cultivating positive traits that establish the well being of the citizens in a given region (nation).
This type of force represents a faithful servant who builds his business or services on honest scales, integrity, trust, customer service, etc.
And via these two types of forces, people are motivated to reach their goals, fulfill their daily tasks, go to work, etc.
Depending on which force that is influencing a person, these forces are also responsible for how humans relate to each other, and they also govern the law of attraction that attracts one’s interests, social activities, friends, business companions, mentors, etc.
It’s very easy for a person who is in pursuit of making more money to listen to a motivator that keeps money and riches in the center of his motivational class.
And a person who loves God, and deeply cares for his/her community will not get bribed, neither sell out his people or corrupt his ways because of an offer of big money which is coming from an investor.
Ask yourself:
As you go about your daily tasks in life, which of these two forces is influencing your decisions and goals?
