Doing things in the order that encourages mutual respect, announces the position, role or office of the members in the network, and also deciding an agenda, topic or reason of the meeting.
The protocol also includes the writing down of the order in which the meeting will be conducted.
Via the protocol you can also share alittle bit about your values or rules which governs your organization.
Activate:
The network must have activities (visual board, role playing, educative games, exercises, snacks or something to eat etc), that aims at strengthening the collective energy of team working towards the vision of the network.
Inspire:
Having a presentation, performance, word of encouragement etc which has the ability to motivate, encourage and innovate the members.
Reward:
Speak highly of someone, comment about someone in a positive way, give award, boast about someone, give thanks, give gifts, show appreciation, towards the contribution which are done in within your network setting.
Notice:
A good network is just the exact reflection of obedience, energy, time keeping, respect of leadership, understanding, and the moral structure of the person who invented it.
Your network cannot become what you are not, and do not expect it to give you the results that you do not practice…
If you are good, people will be good in your network, if you are generous, they will be generous, if you obey instructions they will also obey what is instructed unto them in the network etc….
