Sodom and Gomorrah were the ancient cities of the descendants of Ham, Cush Nimrod and the Canaanites, as it is written in Genesis 10:6-20.
The life style of these cities was a practice of rituals which embraced the worship of Astaroth -Easteroth the goddess of Easter and the penis god min of Egypt.
Infact; Sodom and Gomorrah was celebrating easter and the penis god called “min“, an act which was practiced in the season of spring time.
Through the celebration of Easteroth and the penis god, this is when Sodom and Gomorrah increased in their practice of rape, cruelty against strangers and the act of orgy –group sex, arrogance, homosexuality, selfishness and wild partying as in Genesis 19:1-4.
Jewish writtings declares that; The Sodomites believed that “what is mine is mine, and what is yours is yours”. They mistreated strangers, shade innocent blood and oppressed the needy.
The Talmud recount two incidents of two girls who gave some bread to a poor man who had entered the city.
When the people of sodom discovered about their acts of kindness, they burned Paltith with fire, and smeared the other girl’s body with honey and hung her from the city wall until she was eaten by bees.
The torturing of this girl before her death made her scream out loud. The Talmud Jewish writings declares that; the out cry of her pain was heard in Heaven.
‘Because the outcry of Sodom and Gomorrah has become great, and because their sin has been very grave, I will descend and see…'”[Gen 18:20
Their misconduct of inhospitality and robbery, which in turn led to the humiliation of strangers by mistreatment, molesting and rape had got out of hand.
In the month of Nisan (feast of unleavened) during the celebration of passover which falls in spring, God sent two angels to judge the evil deeds of Sodom Genesis 19:1-3.
