Answer:
A sustainable business idea or project is the producing of products or the serving of customers, which acknowledges and respects the psychological changes of life.

A good business company must listen and be sensitive to the interests, psychological status or changes and needs of it’s customers.

It’s the customer that determines the ingredient or nature of a product, and not the product producer. 

Incase if the customer’s needs or desires have upgraded from one level to the next level, then the product producer (business owner) must also upgrade his product so that it may suit the customer’s interests.

For example: If your business of selling tobacco (cigarets), comes across a business crisis of loosing customers, due to the psychological changes that is making your customers loose interest in smoking. 

Do not make a mistake of trying to invest into the main stream commercial advertisements and business monopoly, which are designed to keep it’s customer into the frequent act of making them addicted to their products, but rather; let your business change or customize it self according to the customer’s needs.
