The basal ganglia are a group of specialised brain cells located deep inside the brain.
The cells help regulate the body’s movements from the brain.
The basal ganglia are associated with a variety of functions, including voluntary motor control, procedural learning relating to routine behaviors or “habits” such as bruxism, eye movements, and cognitive, emotional functions.
Decision making:
Research suggests that the basal ganglia may also play a role in higher brain functions such as motivation and decision making.
Currently popular theories implicate the basal ganglia primarily in action selection, that is, the decision of which of several possible behaviors to execute at a given time.
Positive information motivating the human state of normal behaviours via the basal ganglia:
Negative information activating the traits of war via the basal ganglia:
But on the other hand; the upbringing or the environment which entertains the immoral behaviors of violence, verbal violence, pornography, profanity, vulgar langauge, foul language, swearing or curse words, sex magic etc, can stimulate the state of abnormal, gender identity disorder, or mental disorder in the basal ganglia.
Research suggests that the basal ganglia may also play a role in higher brain functions such as motivation and decision making.
People who get excited over things that could be harmful (putting themselves and others in danger), participating in bondage, sadomasochism, paraphilia, zoophilia, narcissism, getting aroused via the act of seeing other people in pain, refusing to listen to wise instructions, this kind of abnormal brain disorder occurs in the basal ganglia.

The human activities of moral behaviors, teachings of moral instructions and good parenthood, is known for stimulating the dopamine in the basal ganglia, which leads to the positive traits of normal behavior in one’s genetic sequence.
