The blue color or the blue back ground on the blueprint; that “blue color” stands for the law or water, (72 percent of the earth’s environment is made up water). 
And the “white lines” which reveals the design of a thing on the blueprint stands for enlightenment, to teach or to educate. 

Every living organism, designed buildings, communities, humans beings, political governments, calendars, material things etc… are blueprints which are governed and controlled by the law of those who own the educational system, and those who run the affairs of the government political structure and the owner the stock market.

In the beginning (Genesis), the very first blueprint (architecture design) of every living thing was concealed in the soul of Adam as it is written in the book of Genesis.
From the word a genesis, (the word genesis meaning; beginning or the beginning of all things).

From the word genesis we get the word “gene” and from the word “gene” we get the word called “generation” and from the word “generation” derives forth the word called geneology, from the word geneology we come into the word known as “genetic” and from the word “genetic” we get the word called “DNA“.

In the book of Genesis, Adam possessed the blueprint of all livings things, and all the blueprints which were supposed to govern the knowledge of civil engineering, discovering of new ideas, science, and our modern technology.
