An ungrateful person. A person who always finds a way to undermine other people’s efforts by criticizing, gossiping and using harshy remarks.
To refuse to give a good report or reward someone’s effort.

<I have never heard her reward the efforts of her companions, but I always hear complaints from her about their short comings> ungrateful.
