The Western companies doing business in Africa:

The effectiveness of entrepreneurship and innovation must also enhance the qualities of acknowledging the cultural values of Africa, so that one’s business may be able to reach the highest pitch of it’s success in Africa.

For example: if the western business companies wants to succeed doing business in Africa today, there is a disadvantage, and the disadvantage is the tendency of thinking that; the western business companies come to Africa to expand their territories of imperialism, and colonialism. 

That is the reason why it is every important for the western business companies that structure their business via the art of entrepreneurship and innovation, to also include the acknowledgment of cultural values in their way of doing business.

Doing a research for the sake of finding out;

1: which of the western ideologies, political laws, and ways of living that have been considered as an insult to the cultural values of Africa.

The negative insults which you discover through your research must be eliminated and excluded from your way of marketing and doing business. 

2: doing a cultural feasibility study that will evaluate the cultural interests of the people that are located in that specific region where your company wants to take it’s business.

3: planting well trained business communicators (that are of the same ethnic descent), who will represent and speak on behalf of the business that wants to move into that region.
