The first one is the positive role models,
which contributes towards the structuring of positive human traits in a society or community.
2: Negative role models:

such negative role models are always strategically planted, encouraged and rewarded with the aim of promoting negative social traits which divides the people, so that they may be ruled over by their colonial masters.
