The tabernacle was divided up in 3 section.
The first section of the tabernacle was called the “outer court” the second part of the tabernacle was called “the holy place” (sanctuary), and the third part of the tabernacle was called the “holies of holy or the most holy place”.
The purpose of the 1st section of the tabernacle;
The first section of the tabernacle was called the “outer court” where the brazen alter of sacrifice and the laver of washing (hands and feet) were located.
In the outer court of the Tabernacle (on the brazen altar of sacrifice), the children of Israel brought their animal sacrifices.
The animal sacrifices were representing the clean animals or the clean and animalistic behaviors or traits which were given to God as a symbol of the people’s desire, emotions, and willingness to separate themselves from the evil nature of idol worship of the sun god, so that they may be able to draw closer to the teachings, mindset, mitzvah, imagination and dwelling place of God’s light.
Drawing closer to God through sacrifice:
The Hebrew word “karbon” means to sacrifice, to draw closer to God, to give an offering or to return to God. (To turn a way from evil) through the principle of sacrificing one’s animalistic traits, thus leadingo the physical act of drawing closer to God as in Leviticus 9:4-6
The outer court of the tabernacle received it’s light from the natural elements of nature ( the Sun, the Moon, the stars etc).
