A tithe (/ˈtaɪð/; from Old English: meaning “tenth”) is a one-tenth part of something, paid as a contribution to a religious organization.
Definition: A tithe is one-tenth part of one’s income. Tithing, or giving a tithe, goes back to ancient times, even before Moses.
In the written oral law of Torah, the principle of tithing was first given from God to Adam, (the tree of knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat of it, for the day you eat from it you shall surely die).
According to the teachings of the Jewish kabalah, the human soul is made up of ten attributes, which represents the act of tithing when the are surrendered back to God in the form of tithe (tenth).
The dedication of a tenth to God was recognized as a holy duty before the time of Moses.
Abraham paid tithes to Melchizedek ( Genesis 14:20 ; Hebrews 7:6 ); and Jacob vowed unto the Lord and said, “Of all that thou shalt give me I will surely give the tenth unto thee.”
The numerical number ten -tenth is the mathematical system which constitutes the matrix. So to say; from the number 0 to number 9 all the numerical numbers are contained in those numbers.
If you take number 1 and you add on a zero it becomes number 10. If you add on another 0 it becomes number 100. If you add on another zero it become number 1000.
Each act of tithing deriving from man to God, adds a value of a 0 to the mathematical matrix of that person.
The multiplication and increase of one’s knowledge, wisdom, economical status, understanding, prosperity, favor, grace became the result after the frequent act of tithing.
But the opposite is also very true; he who commits sin is debtor or slave to sin.
Since the sin of Adam (eating from the tree of tithe), the human race has been plagued by the calamity of debt, poverty, and the decreasing of moral values has become the result.
From the principle of tithing, this is where the secular governments derived their counterfeit act of taxing their citizens.
