The purpose of a protocol

1* The purpose of a protocol is to organize and put in order a certain structure or system on how, where, what and who will be doing certain things.
This is done for the sake of simplifying and dividing up responsibility among a big group of people that works as a team.
2* Protocols are used to eliminate prejudice, disorder, discrimination and disrespect towards the leadership structure that has been set.
For example; some people are so prejudice, that even the respect which you have for your partners as a leader of the company or organization; certain people will refuse to show that respect to others, due to the negative critical opinions that they have towards the people you have chosen as your team mates.
3* Protocols are used to structure integrity and a role model structure, which allows the participants to learn from the selected order of leadership.
Because as a leader of a company or a team of people, you are also going to select leaders that governs and instructs the different departments of your company (organization).
If those leaders are not respected or listened to, then the whole company or organization will suffer the same fate.
4* Protocols are designed for protecting the team members from harassment, sexual insult, racism, prejudice, antisemitism and the negative behaviors of narcissism which can may derive from the other members of the team.
A statement proclaiming the term of use, the order of a meeting and the discussed results which were agreed upon after the meeting had occurred.
5* Protocols helps in the realm of passing down or distributing of responsibility among your team members, giving each member the amount of responsibility which lines up with the capacity or matrix of one’s competence.
This is referred to as giving rank, to put in a certain location, to give a title, to inaugurate, to ordain, to separate, to give a person an office, to give authority etc.
