Comparing leadership abilities with professional skills:

Great leaders are obedient servants to the will and the purpose of their vision, whereas experts and those who are professional in a certain given field, are people who have mastered the intelligence of that field, and these same people are also limited by the same knowledge which governs their professional field. 

A Great leader is always pursuing after the fulfillment of the vision (leading others by example), whereas professional intelligence or an expert will be pursuing after the reward, salary or acceptance which is given via his/her professional.

Great leaders will always defy the laws of limitations and also break the limited boundaries which governs the different fields of professionalism, so that they may change, transform, innovate and also bring in a new way of doing things in within a system of professional boundaries…

In a presence of a great leader, when he or she opens up his mouth to speak to the people, the energy of inspiration, innovation and motivation enables the listeners to see themselves excel their limitations, achieve more from their talents or skills, conquer (overcome) their fears, terror and also be able to upgrade the status of their profession.

So if you ask me who is a great leader?

My answer to that question will be; 

A great leader is the one who enables the people is leading to break out of their fears, terrors, limitations and professional boundaries, so that they may be able to reach out for the vision and the desires of their inner dreams.
