Incest is sexual activity between family members or close relatives.

This typically includes sexual activity between people in a consanguineous relationship (blood relations), and sometimes those related by affinity, such asindividuals of the same household, step relatives, those related by adoption or marriage, or members of the same clan or lineage.

The word incest means to defile or to put someone into the state of being accursed via the act of having prohibited sexual intercourse.

Incest causing mental disabilities:
Incest was considered as a taboo both in present and in many past societies, because some of the mental disabilities of paranoia, depression, inbreeding, self condemnation or self guilt, schizophrenia, voices causing paranoia, etc were linked to the act of incest which was occurring in a family.

This immoral act was commonly practiced by the pagan ancient cultures of Egypt, Babylon, Sidon, Rome, Greece, Sodom and Gomorrah as ritual of worshiping the gods (deities), and it was also used for imbuing the one’s that are practising it with demonic energies of unclean spirits.

Incest was also used in the activities which pertained to sex magic, this is one of the reasons why incest was prohibited in the Torah (bible).

Incest causing mental & physical disabilities:
Children born by biologically related parents are subject to the possible impact or defect of inbreeding. Such offspring have a higher possibility of being affected by congenital birth defects because it increases the proportion of zygotes that are homozygous for deleterious recessive alleles that produce such disorders.

Charles II of Spain was born mentally and physically disabled due to centuries of inbreeding or incest which was taking place in the House of Habsburg.
