The judiciary (also known as the judicial system or court system) is the system of courts that interprets and applies the law in the name of the state.
The judiciary also provides a mechanism for the resolution of disputes.
The judicial system is an organ in a state of a government which is there to pass judgment (to justify or to condemn, to pronounce guilty or not guilty).
The place where the negative behaviours of immorality are condemned, and the moral positive behaviours are justified.
In many jurisdictions the judicial branch has the power to change laws through the process of judicial review.
