Parliament – What is parliament

The term parliament is derived from Anglo-Norman parlement, from the verb parler ‘talk’. The meaning evolved over time: originally any discussion, conversation, or negotiation (attested around 1100), through various kinds of deliberative or judicial groups, often summoned by the monarch.
In modern politics and history, a parliament is a legislative, elected body of government.
In the western culture:
Generally a modern parliament has three functions: representing the electorate, making laws, and overseeing the government (i.e., hearings, inquiries).
Although some restrict the use of the word parliament to parliamentary systems, it is also commonly used to describe the legislature in presidential systems (i.e. the French parliament), even where it is not in the official name.
Members of a parliament in a western culture and colonized colonies are elected according to the political agenda of the monarchy or colonial masters.
And the standards by which these parliament members qualificaty for their office is assessed through the academic studies which governs the science of politics.
Biblical parliament:
The are 12 leaders (12 systems, 12 hebrew months, 12 tribes of Israel 12 apostles), and each leader represents a zodiac sign which pertains to a tribe.
Order of a biblical parliament:
During the discussion, dialogs or debating over judicial issues of a monarchy or kingdom, different topics or issues of a nation in the 12 dimensions were discussed and assessed, and among these 12 tribes there are 12 chiefs, and among those 12 chiefs the are many different types of leaders that represents the different offices which serves the needs of the people in a nation.
Parliament representatives were always elected according to the faithfulness, integrity, moral character and the fear of God in one’s nature, chosen as parliament members for the sake of serving the people, so that each person may get his/her rights of justice, inheritance and rights as a citizine of that nation bestowed upon one’s life.
