The year 2017, in the month of July during the fasting which takes place
On the 9th Av, that is when the prophetic word of God said unto me that;

“The grace of restitution has come to its fullness”.

People’s things (possessions, properties, economical status, finances, cultural values, cultural ownership and cultural inheritance), which were taken from them, hijacked, stolen, robbed, or colonized, are going to be returned unto them.

But each person must understand the laws of restitution, and also abide by the principle which governs the laws of restitution:
