Genesis 9:13: – Rainbow:

I set My rainbow in the cloud, and it shall be for the sign of the covenant between Me and the earth.

The Noadic covenant was the covenant that God made with humanity via Noah:

After God had finished flooding and destroying the world in His anger because of the evil deeds of humanity, He preserved and saved 8 souls through the boat of Noah.

When Noah & his family came out of the boat after the flood:

Genesis 9:16: They saw a sign of a rainbow:

The rainbow shall be in the cloud, and I will look on it to remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is on the earth.”

God made a rainbow in the sky to be as a remembrance (sign or token) that shows, He will never flood the earth again.

The rainbow is made up of 7 colours, and the seven colours represents the seven covenants that God ever made with man.

So as to say; When God put a rain bow in the sky for Noah to see, this meant that God’s plan for humanity in the 7 dimensions or 7 covenants will be fulfilled.

By the time when Noah came out of the boat, at the sight of seeing the rainbow in the sky, there were only 3 covenants that God had fulfilled at that point of time, and there were 4 covenants left to complete the circle of the 7 covenants.
