God communicates to humanity according to their capacity, accountability, and responsibility, and not according to their talents or Ph.D. Qualifications.
Matthew 25:14-19 The Parable of the Talents (Capacity)
14 “For the kingdom of heaven is like a man traveling to a far country, who called his own servants and delivered his goods to them.
15 And to one he gave five talents, to another two, and to another one, to each according to his own ability; and immediately he went on a journey….
19 After a long time, the lord of those servants came and settled accounts with them.
Capacity is a godly given inner ability which comes with the accountability or given responsibility that reflects one’s purpose and commission in life
Romans 8:30(NKJV)
30 Moreover whom He predestined, these He also called; whom He called, these He also justified; and whom He justified, these He also glorified.
God communicates, interacts and gives the mandate to humanity according to their capacity, accountability, and responsibility, and not according to their talents or Ph.D. qualifications.
What is a talent?
A talent can be something that someone is good at doing, but it does not necessarily mean that, that someone may possess the capacity or responsibility that goes with it.
For example:
<He is a talented and professional football player, but he is a lousy father>
<He is a very talented musician, but a drunkard, womanizer, and child molester>
<He is a PHD qualified shrink who is a professional adviser to married couples and families, but he himself is a homosexual and an atheist who does not believe in the moral principles of marriage.>
1 Timothy 6:10 (NKJV)
10 For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
Ephesians 4:11 (NKJV)
11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers,
1 Corinthians 4:14-15
14 I do not write these things to shame you, but as my beloved children I warn you.
15 For though you might have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet you do not have many fathers; for in Christ (Yeshua) Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel.
Ephesians 5:23 (NKJV)
23 For the husband is head of the wife, as also Christ is head of the church; and He is the Savior of the body.
A wife can be a very talented prayer warrior in the house, whereas the man may not be as talented as the woman, but when it comes to communicating to those two, God may interact with them according to the responsibility, accountability, and capacity of their purpose in marriage.
John 10:11-12 (NKJV)
11 “I am the good shepherd. The good shepherd gives His life for the sheep
12 But a hireling, he who is not the shepherd, one who does not own the sheep, sees the wolf coming and leaves the sheep and flees; and the wolf catches the sheep and scatters them.
Quote:
Because in the time of emergency the person with capacity, accountability, and responsibility will do the job better than the one that is just talented via the Ph.D. qualifications.
