Elysium or the Elysian Fields (Ancient Greek: Ἠλύσιον πεδίον, Ēlýsion pedíon) but in the bible it is referred to as the Bosom of Abraham.

The Greek religious and philosophical sects and cults called it Elysium, but in the bible it is know as the resting place of the righteous, where they patiently wait for their Resurrection.

Luke 16:23-24 (NKJV)

23 And being in torments in Hades, he lifted up his eyes and saw Abraham afar off, and Lazarus in his bosom.

24 “Then he cried and said, ‘Father Abraham, have mercy on me, and send Lazarus that he may dip the tip of his finger in water and cool my tongue; for I am tormented in this flame.’

1 Corinthians 15:52 

In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet. For the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

A place Initially separated from the realm of Hades or torment, admission was reserved for mortals related to the service of the God of Abraham and other heroes or those that did good (Mitzvah) in their previous life.

Luke 16:25-26:

²⁵ But Abraham said, ‘Son, remember that in your lifetime you received your good things, and likewise Lazarus evil things; but now he is comforted and you are tormented. 

²⁶ And besides all this, between us and you there is a great gulf fixed, so that those who want to pass from here to you cannot, nor can those from there pass to us.’

Those waiting for their Resurrection:

Those who are transferred to this region include the righteous, and the heroic, where they would remain after death, to live a blessed and happy life, and indulging in whatever employment they had enjoyed in life

Elysium is described as a paradise:

to the Elysian plain…where life is easiest for men. No snow is there, nor heavy storm, nor ever rain, but ever does Ocean send up blasts of the shrill-blowing West Wind that they may give cooling to men.

All the bible Heroes and patriarchs were transported here after their deaths. Normal people who lived righteous and virtuous lives could also gain entrance.

This realm is ruled and governed by Abraham the father of Judaism, Islam, Christianity and Hinduism.
