The human respiratory system is a series of organs responsible for taking in oxygen and expelling carbon dioxide.
In our ecosystem; – the oxygen we inhale, and the carbon dioxide we exhale plays the role of innovating our ecosystem.
Oxygen:
The oxygen we breath in comes from the organic network of matter that surrounds our environment.
Carbon dioxide:
The carbidieoxide which we breath out helps to provide molecules that becomes part of our air in the environment.
Which organs in our body do we use when breathing?
The primary organs of the respiratory system are the lungs, which carry out this exchange of gases as we breathe.
The respiratory system, which includes air passages, pulmonary vessels, the lungs, and breathing muscles,
aids the body in the exchange of gases between the air and blood, and between the blood and the body’s billions of cells.
… Organs in the respiratory system also play a role in speech and the sense of smell.
Take care of your respiratory system:
Things you should avoid:
The negative state of distress, anxiety, anger, jealousy, stress, bitterness, being suspicious, fear, bad news, the love of money, gossip, stress etc,
has the ability to cause respiratory disorder, which can mutate into cardiovascular diseases.
Due to the fact that when a person is stressed, angry, hateful, failing to forgive or jealous towards another,
When the respiratory system is in such a distressed state, it enters into a mode called “cardiovascular disorder“,
Which hinders it from functioning in its right vibrating mode,
this could also lead to the state of having a hard time to breath in and out.
Avoid the intake of toxic chemicals:
The Toxic chemicals (unclean, genetically modified elements) which are contained in foods, pharmaceutical drugs that people consume,
can easily lead to the stimulating of the chemical electrical charges, causing chemical reactions and the transmitting of a electrical signals via the neurones,
this act of stimuli as a result, it can gradually begin to negatively affect the respiratory system.
