Working, having a job or an employment is supposed to be a human right that contributes towards social development and employment.

The act of working or having a job enables us as human beings to maintain and sustain;

• the social interactions which allows us to exchange services among each other,
• networking among workmates,
• sharing of experience,
• exercising our abilities to cooperate,
• engaging our physical energies and creativity as humans to work towards the betterment of our own communities,
• And the trading of products among each other to take place in the sector of business and employment.

But today in the western culture, places that gives jobs are turning into platforms where machines or intelligent machines are replacing human beings.

The people who are living in societies with advanced progress in technology, are becoming more jobless and hopeless victims who are turning to alcohol, drugs, pharmaceutical prescriptions, and mental hospitals, because of the distress that is caused by the lack of jobs, and the lack of positive social activities.
