Pharaoh commanded the Hebrew women to kill every male Jewish or Hebrew child,
so that they may abort and destroy the seed, the commandments and the obedience of the God of Abraham Isaac and Jacob.
Exodus 1: 15-22
15 Then the king of Egypt spoke to the Hebrew midwives, of whom the name of one was Shiphrah and the name of the other Puah;
Antisemitism – Kill the male Hebrew children:
Exodus 1:16-22
16 and he said, “When you do the duties of a midwife for the Hebrew women (Hebrew home makers),
and see them on the birth stools, if it is a son, then you shall kill him; but if it is a daughter, then she shall live.”
The Hebrew midwives disobey Pharaoh (law of the land), and fulfills God’s commandments instead:
Exodus 1:17:
17 But the midwives feared God, and did not do as the king of Egypt commanded them, but saved the male children alive.
The Hebrew calendar which sustains the Hebrew child:
Revelation 12:1-2:
12 Now a great sign appeared in heaven:
a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a garland of twelve stars (or 12 months on God’s calendar).
2 Then being with child, she cried out in labor and in pain to give birth.
Ths gentile calendar which destroys, miscarriage and aborts the Hebrew child:
Revelation 12:3-5:
3 And another sign appeared in heaven (astrology, gentile calendar & its immoral festivals):
behold, a great, fiery red dragon having seven heads (7 nations),
and ten horns, and seven diadems on his heads.
4 His tail drew a third of the stars of heaven and threw them to the earth.
And the dragon stood before the woman who was ready to give birth, to devour her Child as soon as it was born.
5 She bore a male Child who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron.
And her Child was caught up to God and His throne.
Isaiah 9:6:
For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government (the 12 systems) will be upon His shoulder.
And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
Exodus 1:18-19:
18 So the king of Egypt called for the midwives and said to them, “Why have you done this thing, and saved the male children alive?”
19 And the midwives said to Pharaoh, “Because the Hebrew women are not like the Egyptian women; for they are lively and give birth before the midwives come to them.”
God blesses the Hebrew midwives with favor and authority:
Exodus 1:20
20 Therefore God dealt well with the midwives, and the people multiplied and grew very mighty.
God gave the Hebrew midwives charge over their Hebrew community:
Exodus 1:21:
21 And so it was, because the midwives feared God, that He provided households for them.
22 So Pharaoh commanded all his people, saying, “Every son who is born you shall cast into the river, and every daughter you shall save alive.”
Now my question is;
What strengthened the faith of these Hebrew women to the extent that they were ready to take such a risk of disobeying the King’s command?
