There are five gears that can progressively move a person in prayer, moving him or her from the physical state, so that he/she may enter into that spiritual state that brings positive results and breakthrough in prayer.

The 1st gear – you always enter into God’s presence in prayer with thanks giving.

Use Psalm 100:1-5 recite the thanks giving Psalm (Give thanks, praise God, and if you feel like you can also sings songs praise to Him)

The 2nd gear – positive confession done for self edification and empowerment (preparing the body cells for prayer & stimulating self confidence)

The 3rd gear – prayer for repentance (repenting on behalf of one’s self committed sins or short comings, and also interceding for the nation you are in or those around you)

The 4th gear – prayer for destroying, casting down and releasing judgements upon the enemy’s plans and agenda

The 5th gear – is for prophecy; as one uses scriptures to recite, declare, predict and call those things which are not as though they were.
