What is disobedience?
Disobey fail to obey (rules, a command, or someone in authority).
Disobedience is the psychological state in which a person who has heard a command, commanding him or her to do something,
and through his mental ability, another voice tells him to refuse to comply, or it can be that his/her emotional state or mind set decides to reject what it has heard.
Sometimes the energy of disobedience can work through the influence of making a person so busy, so that he or she never finds time to do what he was commanded.
