1 Samuel 16:14:
[ A Distressing Spirit Troubles Saul ]
But the Spirit of the Lord departed from Saul, and a distressing spirit from the Lord troubled him.
When God is not pleased with a person’s behavoirs, His Spiritual presence forsakes that individual,
and the next thing that happens becomes the negative energy of distress taking over the person’s mental state.
1 Samuel 16:15:
And Saul’s servants said to him, “Surely, a distressing spirit from God is troubling you.
The distress spirit now and then can speak about the truth, and at the same time it turns around to fight against the truth it spoke about
1 Samuel 18:10:
And it happened on the next day that the distressing spirit from God came upon Saul, and he prophesied inside the house.
So David played music with his hand, as at other times; but there was a spear in Saul’s hand.
The spirit of distress has the ability of tapping into the frequency of prophecy,
but still that truth revealed through prophecying via the victim’s mouth can still fail to deliver the victim because of the weakness of jealousy or envy in the victim’s animalistic side of the soul keeps on interfering,
Not allowing him or her to fully grasp, accept or understand the truth.
How can a person be delivered from distress?
Distress is a negative energy or presence which consists of jealousy, suspicion, lack of trust in God and doubting those He has sent.
The antidote or remedy to distress is the status of entertaining God’s spiritual presence,
(being obedient to God’s instructions, using God’s prophetic word as a spoken weapon against the negative thoughts,
and also having a spiritual covering that plays the role of protecting, agreeing with you during the time of agreement, praying for you etc)…
