Do not be so positive to the extent that you overlook other people’s contribution:

A person who is extremely positive about themselves could turn into an individual who insults, looks down on others, proud, arrogant, lacking the ability to work as a team etc.

And do not be so humble to the extent that you underestimate your value:

And on the other hand; some people are so humble to the level where they allow other people to trample over their opinions, stay silent in front of behaviors which insults, discredit and undermines who they are.

Be a person with a balanced character or attitude:

A person with a balanced character is the one who understands that; when you have something good you share it or you can also offer it as a service.

To those who discredit your existence, those are the same people who may need your services to improve their way of thinking.

So remember that everything negative which happens around you will give you an opportunity to discover your unique way to serve, to improve, produce products or bring a positive change in that same negative environment.

So! find that place which encourages the balanced attitude in your life, and school yourself into the best person that you are.
