Create organs which are organized to achieve and execute certain goals.
Keep & maintain this in your mindset:
The two main organs in the body are the brain being the ( Mindset – media, sound waves –Tel a vision),
And the heart being (the Torah – God’s word or moral principles – pumping blood & blood is life).
The vision of the organ:
Create organs which are organized to achieve and execute goals which bring forth morality and good deeds in society.
1: Mapping plan & red line:
An organ possesses or contains the agenda, purpose or aim that it plays in society.
The red line is the different (things, philanthropic activities, cultural activities, money generating programmes etc, which are mapped out in the mapping plan), and they all must reflect a map that points, leads to the agenda and also activates the vision of the organ.
2: Teamwork:
The members of that organ or organization are there to work as a team to see to it that they support each other, so that they may collectively achieve the ultimate goals which makes up the role or agenda of the organ.
3: Social activities:
The organ compliments its members, rewards and celebrates them via social cultural activities, for the sake of maintaining a social environment which makes the members to feel like they belong,
have a home that connects them to each other and also having a sence of feeling that makes each member to know that the members in the organ care about the well being of each other.
4: Short & long term goals:
An organ categorizes its mission in long term and short term categories.
Remember that the things you do well on a small scale, will expand into those activities that you will be doing on a bigger scale
(on a bigger scale you just expand in the dimension of trust or trustworthy, working in a sustainable way to maintain a relationship, law of attraction, integrity, faithfulness, and ownership and leadership capacity also derives out of that).
5: Meetings:
An organ mobilizes it’s members so that they may meet regularly to fuel and remind their members about the vision, aim why the organ exists and also inspire, to morally instruct, teach or motivate their next move on their protocol.
Risk management:
There are risks which come from bacterias, toxic chemicals, bad habits, unclean energies, primitive mind or mental ability, parasites, social environments and inherited genetic traits which may try to corrupt the members of the organ or organization.
Such intruders can bring about risk zones which can cause and affect the member’s teamwork in a negative way.
That is the reason why there must be rules (constituted laws which constitute obedience), leadership structure, contracts, courts of justice, judges, consultancy, wise counselors that protect, defends and deals with these risks (disobedience) when they occur,
but also strategically working on preventing them.
A well functioning organ shares its life force, blessings or energy with the body (community or society) where it is located.
