Am so stressed out – Can dancing or going to parties help

Will dancing help me to overcome my emotional stress and mental illness?
You can not dance a way your sorrows,
neither can you get drunk or get high and forget all your fears, anxieties, regrets, responsibilities, depression, hate or loss.
Why do people think that things which excites you, can make you overcome your emotional stress or depression?
When you get drunk or do things which hypes up your euphoria or gives a kick to your dopamine,
that is just a temporary type of treatment or fix.
When it wears off, you still return into that same emotional state which you were trying to escape from.
There are different types of emotional feelings that humans get,
Which derive from the state of:
1: Living in a society that is politically abominable in it’s structure.
2: Neglecting one’s physical and spiritual responsibilities (like not taking care of one’s family, being selfish, state of narcissism, divorced, extreme feminism, disobedience, avoiding God or running a way from God etc).
3: Living with bitterness and refusing to forgive.
4: Living in a place which God has pushed into a state of desolation.
5: Neglecting God’s moral commandments
6: Living in a negative state of finding fault, accusing, blaming others for one’s failures, extreme feminism, racism, antisemitism etc…
When people end up in such emotional state which is stated above,
in the western society, people are always given temporary treatments to fight their emotional and mental disorders,
(treatments like pharmaceutical drugs, hype, aurobics, gym, dancing, wild parties, genetic modified foods, extreme freedom of expressions which are toxic and immoral in nature),
These same methods are suggested and prescribed into people’s lives as a ways they can use to treat their emotional and psychological status of stress, anxiety, fears, distress, depression, mental illness etc.
The negative side effects – risk zones which derive from these methods:
But these methods also carry other negative side effects which brings along the risk zone of addictions, hallucinations, delusions, and toxic or immoral friendship which can be dangerous to one’s psychological state.
When it comes to the social activities of dancing, gym, going out to parties, social activities of festivals, clubs, etc,
People always become victims via the act of exposing their law of attraction into the state of becoming friends with the same type of people who are suffering from what they are going through.
Some also become sexually connected and intimate with other people that are suffering from the same psychological state of mindset that they are trying to escape.
And thus – they begin to share with each other their own weaknesses, previous bad experiences, negative energy, pharmaceutical prescriptions, things that they love, social activities,
Being the same things or negative habits that have led them into the emotional and mental illness which they are suffering from.
How do I overcome my emotional stress?
To be able to overcome your emotional stress, it may need you to surround youself with positive role models or truth which enables you to handle your responsiblitiess, overcome your fears, terror, anxienties,
by converting or transforming your prejudice thinking, insecurities, immoral & negative habits, fault finding attitude, into a positive state of looking at and hadnling life.
