What is a vocation?
Vacation is to decide to go from some kind of hard work, so that one may reunite back into the refreshing memory, revelation, oral declaration and the state of remembering his spiritual purpose, family and community responsibilities.
<Take a holiday – take a vocation>
For example when a computer is working to hard, it may crash, (and in such a state of crashing, it may loose its memory or get confused),
So to bring it back into its normal state of remembering or recovering of its memory, that is when it is rebooted.
What’s is a holiday?
Holidays are a way for people to take a break from their work, hastle or monotony of every day life, and celebrate things worth living for.
To reboot someone’s memory into the state of remembering its purpose via positive inspiration.
The word Holiday originates from the Hebrew lifestyel in the bilble, where God commanded the children of Israel to celebrate their biblical holidays on God’s calendar.
This word is made of of two words:
The first word is “Holy”
And the second word is “Day”.
Meaning that the holidays were declared seasons on God’s calendar where Israel went a way from their work (daily routine, monotony, repetitiousNess),
With the aim of connecting into God’s holiness which is given from heaven via the act of coming together as a community.
The coming together was for inspiring the people, giving them an opportunity to practice the biblical laws of tithing and offerings,
reminding the people about the oral stories of their spiritual leaders, listening to role models who reminded the people about their spiritual and heavenly mandate etc.
From the word “holiday”, we then got a more European (Latin) expression called “Vocation”.
Vocations and holidays are supposed to be spiritual methods containing practical principles which reboots one’s memory back into its positive mindset.
What’s the difference between vacation and holiday?
Yes, while they can mean the same thing, vacation is, also, a time when one decides to have a holiday, while holiday is the time when one does not decide, but when it is decided on some higher level (national, religious, organizational, etc).
In a more secular structure, vocations and holidays have become pagan seasons of feasting, parting, get drunk and times of misbehaving,
which finally leads the participants into the state of becoming slaves to the bad habits that they practice via their pagan holidays and pagan vocations.
