The answer to this question is a little bit completed but simple to understand.
First of all, the people who do not care about others, work as professionals. Meaning that; they work for their salary (money) only, and some times they use their rules and regulations to mistreat others, knowingly or unknowingly.
whereas the people who care about other people, and love to help people for the sake of doing good, derive their passion of working from extreme compassion, extreme love and extreme tolerance, even going to the extent of working for free.
Now; a professional person is taught to care more about what he does more than the people he helps, and on the other hand; the people who do work for the sake of helping others care more about making the person they are helping happy.
For example; if a person who loves to help others owns a school, then all the people in that school will being doing what they want or desire to do,
he won’t dare to tell them off, because the sense of self condemnation will make him/her to feel like is trying to stop the people from being happy.
Such a leader will only feed the people’s bad habits that needs to be changed.
The reason why these professionals (people who do not care about others), are still owning all the jobs, is for the sake of training the ones that have extreme compassion, love and tolerance for others.
Desiring to help people is a good thing, but not knowing how to lead them into becoming better people, is a very dangerous thing.
So if My dream is to help others, then i need balance. which means that; I need to be able to combine my love, compassion and tolerance, with the strategies of professional experience, so that I may not allow the people i am helping to abuse my love and help.
