Part 1:
Former Katikkiro Dan Mulika has a strong message to deliver to the Ugandans in the diaspora and back home.

He encourages all Ugandans to take a stand as one unit, so that the power of the government and political leaders can come from the people “up” to the political leaders and the government, rather then the power coming from the government/political leaders “down” to the people as it is today.
