Video – Part 2: Let the leaders be subject to the people.

Former Katikkiro Dan Mulika says that Ugandans already had democracy before the Europeans came to Uganda, furthermore he encourages all Ugandans to take a stand as one unit, so that the power of the government and political leaders can come from the people “up” to the political leaders and the government, rather then coming from the government/political leaders down to the people as it is at the moment.
