The Yom Kippur War also known as the 1973 Arab–Israeli War, was a war fought by the coalition of Arab states led by Egypt and Syria against Israel from October 6 to 25, 1973.
A war in the Middle East that started during the Yom Kippur holiday in 1973 when combined forces from Egypt and Syria attacked Israel with the aim of regaining territory lost to Israel in 1967.
The war was part of the Arab–Israeli conflict, an ongoing dispute which included many battles and wars since 1948, when the state of Israel was formed.
The forming of the state of Israel and the Israeli’s rebirth as a nation again made most of the Arab nations furious.
To the enemies of Israel whose desire was to annihilate and erase Israel off the face of the map, the Yomkippur war became a symbol of Authority which revealed that Israel as a nation will always continue as a flag of peace, independence and a stimulator of changes of revolution over the entire world.
