Ganesha is a Indian god or deity who has the head of an elephant and the body of a Siddha.
Among the other different gods or deities, Ganesha is One of the gods worshiped in India.
Ganesha (IAST: Gaṇeśa; listen (help·info)), also spelled Ganesa, also known as Ganapati and Vinayaka is a widely worshipped deity in the Hindu pantheon.
His image is found throughout India and Nepal. Hindu sects worship him regardless of affiliations.
He is worshipped as the lord of beginnings and as the lord of obstacles, the patron of arts and sciences, and the god of intellect and wisdom.
The human ability of wisdom in India is attributed to this deity called Ganesha
Devotion to Ganesha is widely diffused and extends to Jains, Buddhists, and beyond India.
Such acts of worshiping many gods or deities were forbidden in the Hebrew culture (Religion of Judaism) due to their rituals practices which could invoke the human body and nature with various energies which can stimulate and stir up the negative animalistic or immoral traits in the human soul.
