How to transform your thoughts and ideas into physical actions

Some body once asked me; How come that it is easy to think and have good ideas, but it is very hard to act towards those good thoughts & ideas?
Answer:
Thoughts and ideas are energies of stimuli, when they come into the human brain, the person who has received them must transform them into habits or else those same ideas or thoughts will be lost.
Here are 3 steps that will help you to turn your positive, good ideas and thoughts into habitual traits.
1: Speak about your thoughts; Commit your art of oral speech into the frequent act of of speaking about your ideas and thoughts.
Hang out with people that motivate, innovate, agrees and supports the ideas that you love to speak about.
Let your speech help you to choose what type of friends you associate with. Stay away from people who discourage, mock, and disregard spoken your ideas.
2: Write down your thoughts and ideas, so that you can rehearse and speak them back to yourself.
3: Set goals and put your written ideas into activities (project plans) that you can act upon by investing your time, creativity, and energy.
Invest your money, time and obedience into the training courses that can disciple and discipline your potential, so that you may fully turn your thoughts into physical traits of your character.
Practice! and again I say; practice the act (in step 3) on a frequent basis until it becomes a habit or a frequency in your physical character.
