Story telling, entertainment, audio, movies, and social media structures the 1st layer of the soul:

1: The first layer of the soul is where we have the outer behavior of a man, which is made of Seeing, thinking, Speech and Action.

In the realm of communication or self expression the person’s ability to listen or to take in instructions can easily accept or receive things which overwhelm the ability of seeing, logic sense and thinking 

(What one sees, hears and thinks about most, or the visual images in his or her thoughts becomes the dominant reflection of his actions).
