It is like motivating a person by saying you can do it, you can fly a plane.
After the person is fully conviced and fully motivated, then you take that same guy and put him in the plane cock pit,
To make the matter worse, you even bring an audience of a few people he had told that he can fly a plane to watch as he is taking off.
The first thing that will happen in within his brain is to go into his hippocumpas (where memory is preserved), to see if there is any folder containing any practical training where he practiced the act of flying a plane.
If he does not find any folder or preserved information, he will then look for a memory of his mentors who motivated him by encouraging him that he can do it, but never told him how to do it.
If he gets no help from that memory, then the memory of negative insults from his bullies, bad experiences from people he looked up to, and those that hated him will start to stimulate negative chemical reactions in the brain.
This type of unrealistic motivation, generates into the negative status of mental distress or illness known as:
Schizophrenia
Paranoia
Tourettes
