The mirror neurones in our brian are the neurons which plays the role of mirroring or bringing back the memory that helps the people to imitate, to mirror and do the same thing according to what they have seen or experienced.

Via the mirror neurons a person is likely to repeat the same things that he or she has learnt from those role models who inspired one’s way of thinking and imagining.

Mirror neuron is liken unto a mirror:

Neurons that mirrors (gives a visual picture, as if a person is looking in a mirror), and then it triggers or stimulates the person into the state of acting out what is in his brain.

A mirror neuron is a neuron that fires both when an animal acts and when the animal observes the same action performed by another. 

Thus the neuron mirrors the behaviour of the other, as though the observer were itself acting.

But the opposite is also true; 

When a person is angry, hateful, wants to behave selfishly, filled with the traits of narcissism or influenced by the negative ideology of racism, antisemitism, revenge, fear etc, 

That person will then get help from the mirror neurons, by reflecting or imitating the experiences, images of violence, immorality that he saw in the movies, experienced through verbal or physical abuse, or learnt from those negative role models he idolised.

It is very important to remember that; 

The things you put in your brain, the activities your participate in, the music you listen to, the habits you practise, the movies, social media videos you like watching will become what you imitate via your mirror neurons, because your mirror neurons are there to reflect what mostly goes into your brain.
