The word “religion” means;
The practice of religious beliefs; ritual observance of faith which is passed down from the fathers to their children.
Genetic Traits or characteristics and habits that are transmitted through bloodline, coming from the fathers to the children.
Something of overwhelming importance to a person: “<football is his religion”>.
The practice of sacred ritual, observances of sacred rites and ceremonies.
The word “Religion” (habitual practices) roots from the Hebrew month called “Av“.
To find comfort, faith and purpose in life via the habits which controls one’s behaviors. Religion is an inner ability found in all human beings, which makes people to practice rituals, become addicted and accustomed to habits…so that they may relate their strength and energies to the spiritual energies or forces which governs the purpose of their life.
Religion is a habitual practice.
Every human being on earth has a religion which occupies and consumes most of his strength and physical energies, (some people’s religion is the addiction and obsession that they have towards their work, career, bad habits, pornography, TV shows etc..
Anything which occupies ones mindset, time, and thoughts, and also controls one’s outer behavior and actions is a religion towards that’s person’s life.
Religion is any habitual practice which has the power to draw someone´s attention from what he or she is doing, so that he may attend to its needs.
For example; a religious person will stop what he is doing, so that he may go for his prayer, when his time of prayers is at hand.
But also a person who is addicted to smoking will stop what he is doing, however important it may be, so that he may attend to the craving desire of smoking
The different types of Religions: Bahai, Sikh, Shinto, Buddist, Hindu, Islam, Confucian/Taoist, Christian, Judaism.
